Representing 440 m2 of leasable area at Rechtestraat 35-35a in Eindhoven, the building is currently let to Dutch fashion brand Claudia Sträter.

Bouwinvest said that the acquisition was a good match for the growth strategy of its retail fund, particularly the 'retail experience' element, which focuses on stores in A1 locations in the centres of the top ten retail destinations in the Netherlands.

According to the specialised asset manager, Eindhoven is the city with the largest retail offering in the province of Noord-Brabant and is among the top ten most attractive Dutch cities for shopping. The Rechtestraat is located in the city’s central shopping area and is the busiest shopping street in Eindhoven after Demer.

This latest buy in Eindhoven follows the previous purchase of properties at Demer 38 which is occupied by The Sting and number 48, where the tenant is Van Dalen.

Bettings O.G. acted as broker on behalf of Bouwinvest.
