The fund has acquired 15 assets for a total investment of €65 mln.
In Germany, the fund acquired seven residential properties offering 71 apartments and two commercial units in Leipzig from a private seller. The investment volume amounts €6.1 mln. The acquisition represents the fund's first investment in Leipzig.
In the Netherlands, Bouwfonds has bought a portfolio of five properties in the cities of The Hague, Groningen, Tilburg, Woerden and Papendrecht providing a total of 199 apartments. The investment volume amounts to €30.8 mln and the vendor is CBRE Global Investors. Bouwfonds Investment Management was advised by Colliers International and the seller was represented by Van Dijk & Ten Cate.
In Denmark, the fund acquired three properties with a total of 144 apartments from a Danish pension fund for €27.8 mln. The assets are located in the cities of Roskilde, Hellerup and Glostrup.
Bouwfonds' residential fund currently holds properties in Germany, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden, with a total value of €644 mln.
