Dutch fund manager Bouwfonds IM has added a further €52 mln of assets to its European residential portfolio with three acquisitions in Germany and Denmark.

German company TMW Pramerica Property Investment was the vendor of a 239-apartment building in the Coerde district of Münster, with a total area of 19,000 m2, which Bouwfonds bought for €22 mln.

Bouwfonds also purchased a newly renovated 5,100 m2 property in Göttingen, comprising 146 units, for an investment of €10 mln from Projektgesellschaft Goßlerstraße 77.

The remaining €20 mln was spent on acquiring a 5,000 m2 property in Copenhagen’s new residential district at Edvard Thomsens Vej in Ørestad.

All three properties were acquired for Bouwfonds Investment Management’s European Residential Fund.

Last week the company acquired €130 mln of residential assets in Hamburg, Frankfurt and Copenhagen for its Wohnen (residential property) portfolio.
