Buwfonds European Residential Fund has acquired a portfolio of apartments in the Danish town of Søborg.
The Dutch fund agreed to acquire Søborg Huse, block C, with 56 apartments in TVByen, Søborg for DKK 112 mln (€15 mln). The vendor was listed Danish property company Sjælsø Gruppen.
The property was completed in autumn 2012 next to a newly established lake, only eight kilometres from central Copenhagen.
