Dutch real estate firm Bouwfonds has bought €33 mln of apartments spread across two sites in Germany and one in France for its European residential fund.

Dutch real estate firm Bouwfonds has bought €33 mln of apartments spread across two sites in Germany and one in France for its European residential fund.

The German assets are a €10.4 mln, 221-apartment site in Aachen and a €12 mln, unfinished 144-apartment site in Dresden. Each covers around 5,000 m2.

In the French city of Bordeaux, Bouwfonds has invested €10 mln in a 3,900 m2 asset with 160 student apartments which is still under construction.

The total Bouwfonds European Residential fund has assets valued at €722 mln.
