Boreal and Cadillac Fairview JV picks up French sheds for €70m

A joint venture between pan-European real estate investment manager Boreal IM & Cadillac Fairview, the real estate arm of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, has expanded into Spain and France with two acquisitions totalling €70 mln.
