Portuguese real estate investor and developer Bondstone is investing around €70 mln in a residential development in Belas Clube de Campo, municipality of Sintra, Portugal.
The 16,260 m2 Bloomia project will offer 123 upscale apartments, each boasting a private outdoor space and parking with electric vehicle charging capabilities.
Residents will enjoy various amenities including an outdoor pool, gym, multipurpose room, car wash area, pet care station, and secure delivery lockers.
Beyond the development itself, Belas Clube de Campo offers a vibrant community with security, green spaces, playgrounds, a golf course, tennis and padel courts, a supermarket with home delivery, various shops, a pharmacy, a restaurant/clubhouse, a cafe, and a school within walking distance.
Pedro Nunes, COO of Bondstone, said: ‘Bloomia is the right choice for those looking for a balanced and quality lifestyle, it offers the comfort of having everything in one space and the possibility of enjoying all the social and cultural offerings within a short distance. It is the ideal space for families and business people who value peace and quiet after an intense day, or even for digital nomads, who can find Bloomia their retreat of choice.’
Construction work on the project should start by the end of 2024 and completion is scheduled for mid-2027.
The development is an average distance of around 20 minutes from all the landmarks in Lisbon, Oeiras, Cascais, and Sintra.
The project is being marketed by Bondstone, Castelhana, and JLL.
Lisbon-based Bondstone has a portfolio of assets valued at around €400 mln.
