The board of Swedish-based residential developer Bonava has appointed Jon Johnsson as deputy CEO.
The promotion comes a few months after Johnsson was named the new CFO and member of Bonava’s Executive Management Group in June.
He will assume the roles of deputy CEO and CFO from 2 January 2025.
With over two decades of experience in senior finance roles, including CFO positions at Atlas Copco, Geely, and most recently Karo Healthcare, Johnsson brings extensive expertise to his new position.
Operating in six countries (Germany, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania), Bonava has delivered around 40,000 homes and generated SEK 13 bn (€1.1 bn) in net sales in 2023.
