Turnaround consultancy and asset management firm Bolt Partners has announced the expansion of its senior team with two new appointments.

The company is strengthening its affiliation with US-based Healthcare Management Partners with the arrival of managing director Scott Phillips in the UK. It also appointed Danny Wulwick as Primary Care Asset director. Wulwick joins from commercial and residential property management and development company Ackerman Group.

These appointments come on the back of Bolt's appointment by the BlackRock UK Property Fund to manage the third largest primary care property portfolio in the UK, worth over £320 mln. Bolt currently provides management expertise and advice to a wide range of healthcare organisations and key stakeholders in the sector including banks, private equity houses and government organisations.
