BNP Paribas Real Estate has strengthened its property management business in Germany with the acquisition of Imoplan.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has strengthened its property management business in Germany with the acquisition of Imoplan.
Imoplan was established in 1991and manages over two million m2 of property throughout Germany.
From 1 May 2013, the two companies will have a joint workforce in Germany of 250 people and manage around 7 million m2 of office and retail space. This makes Germany the second-largest business after France (14 million m2) in BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management's portfolio which totals 34 million m2 in Europe.
