BNP Paribas Real Estate has unveiled plans for the development of an office complex in the northwestern suburbs of Paris.
The scheme, called Unicity, will provide 36,000 m2 of office accommodation over eight floors in Levallois Perret. Architects DGM & Associés were responsible for the design of the complex which consists of two buildings with 26,700 m2 and 9,300 m2 respectively. The development is targeting a 'Very Good' rating under Breeam environmental standards.
Construction work is planned to start in mid-2013.
The asset will be fully occupied by credit specialist Celetem's 2,700 staff on delivery in 2016, said Barbara Koreniouguine, president de BNP Paribas Immobilier Promotion Immobilier d’Entreprise.
This is the second development project announced by BNPPRE in a week in Levallois-Perret. On Thursday, the company presented its plans for the Ecowest project which will bring a total of 58,000 m2 of modern office accommodation to the area. The development is part of the larger Front de Seine regeneration project.
