BNP Paribas Real Estate is strengthening its presence in Northern Ireland by signing a new alliance with Belfast-based TDK Commercial Property Consultants.

'The alliance agreement covers the Transaction, Consulting, Valuation and Property Management business lines for corporate real estate and offers clients of both firms full coverage across the island of Ireland,' said Lauric Leclerc, deputy CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate in charge of International Advisory and Property Management.

TDK was formed in Belfast in 2010 and has grown quickly with a particular strength in the retail sector.
Property management instructions include Sprucefield Retail Park in Lisburn, anchored by Ireland's largest M&S and Riverside Retail Park in Coleraine.

BNPPRE said the new alliance illustrates its desire 'to pursue its international development in order to support its clients’ growth'.
