BNP Paribas Real Estate has announced the appointment of Franc Gockeln as head of the National investment Team (NIT) in Germany.
Gockeln, a 45-year-old executive, will work together with real estate experts from cross-departmental teals to oversee office investment activities for large-scale transactions across Germany and further expand the company’s business in this area.
He was with Fortress Investment Group before joining BNP Paribas Real Estate Germany as a director in the National Office Investment Team in 2019.
Prior to that he worked for real estate investment companies Conren Land and Morgan Stanley.
