BNP Paribas Real Estate (BNPPRE) has launched the sale of 7,300 m2 of office space at Visalto, a mixed-use property complex in the 19th arrondissement of Paris.
The seven-storey office premises was built by BNPPRE's development team and completed in Q1 2016. Located at 8 Boulevard d'Indochine in the 19th Arondissement of Paris, the building is part of a 32,000 m2 mixed-use complex comprises two office buildings with internal areas of 15,000m2 and 7,300 m2, a staff restaurant and a car park.
The complex also houses a 130-bed social student residence and 125 apartments for tourists.
A call for bids will be launched this month for the office space, which has been 85% rented to the Paris Education Authority; Elogie-Siemp and La Poste. Supermarket group Intermarche rents 630 m2 of retail space. The office component consists of two buildings, one of 15,000 m2 which the Paris Education Authority owns and also occupies, and the 7,300 m2 building which is being brought to the market.
