BNP Paribas Real Estate has strengthened its European presence by signing an alliance contract with the Swiss real estate company M3 Real Estate, headquartered in Geneva.
Founded in 1950 and managed by Teresa Astorina, M3 Real Estate has over 100 employees, based mainly in Geneva. The business is fully owned by Abdallah Chatila.
BNPPRE said that the new alliance illustrates its intention to continue its international expansion.
'We have chosen to sign an exclusive partnership with M3 Real Estate, a high-performance and innovative company, to offer our investor and occupier clients our full range of services in transaction, advisory, valuation and management in French-speaking Switzerland,' said Aymeric Le Roux, executive director international advisory and alliances of BNP Paribas Real Estate.
'This alliance with the BNP Paribas Real Estate fits perfectly with our development strategy and our intention to strengthen our position as the real estate leader in French-speaking Switzerland,' added Abdallah Chatila, chairman of M3 Real Estate.
