BNP Paribas Real Estate has announced the hiring of Frédéric Mangeant as CEO Spain, effective on January 30 2018.
Mangeant joins from Shaftesbury Asset Management, where he was appointed head of Spain 2014.
In his capacity as CEO, he will support the company's ambitions in Spain, developing all business lines. He will report to Lauric Leclerc, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Mangeant succeeds Jesús Pérez Rodríguez, who has been appointed as senior advisor.
He began his career in 1987 in the USA. From 1990, he grew Knight Frank in Spain into a successful business, where he became the firm’s first non-UK Proprietary Partner. For the next two decades (1990-2010), he developed a broadly based Spanish business, acquiring for both institutional and private client.
