BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management has won a property management mandate from Credit Suisse for two new buildings in Berlin.
One of the buildings is the Kant-Center, an office complex built in 1994 in the Charlottenburg district and completely renovated in 2004 with a surface area of some 21,000 m2. The other office building is located in the centre of town and has a surface area of 6,400 m2.
The Paris-based property magement company also reported that a mandate for two buildings in Cologne has been renewed. One of the buildings, with a surface area of 26,000 m2 and located in the city's financial district, accommodates the Deutsche Bank. The other building is the Rosenpark senior residence complex located in the Zollstock district.
Meanwhile in France, the company has won a three-year property management mandate for the renovation of the Tour Bretagne in Nantes. Built in 1973, the Tour Bretagne is 144 metres high and has a surface area of 16,000 m2. It is partly occupied by agencies linked to the Public Finance department.
BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management currently manages more than 4.6 mln m2 in Germany with a staff of 700. The company is active in 13 countries in Europe and manages more than 30.5 mln m2.
