In the city centre of Madrid, the investment manager has won a mandate to manage a historic building offering 6,300 m2 of space and 86 parking spaces at Alcalá 65. Originally built in 1872, the asset was recently entirely redeveloped and is a property of mutual insurance group Mutua General de Seguros. It is currently vacant.
In Hungary, BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management has obtained a mandate on a 30,000 m2 office portfolio owned by Austrian developer Raiffeisen Evolution. The management contract involves Rumbach Center, Résidence 1 and 2, all located in Budapest.
In Ireland, the company has signed a management agreement for the Bishop Square and Hume Street office buildings in Dublin's central business district. The owner is the Irish Property Unit Trust (IPUT).
Bishop Square provides 14,265 m2 majority occupied by the state. Hume Street, offering 1,600 m2, is currently available for lease.
