BNP Paribas REIM, on behalf of its Patrimonio Uno fund, has sold an office complex in Rome to an Italian institutional investor for €51 mln.
The fund acquired the property, which is located in Via Fornovo in the Prati area of the city, in 2005.
The asset comprises around 20,000 m2 and is chiefly let to a government entity.
BNP Paribas REIM said that it had completed a total of €500 mln transactions in Italy so far in 2018, including acquisitions and disposals.
