BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) has strengthened its international executive committee with the appointment of Jean-Maxime Jouis and Benoit de la Boulaye.

Jean-Maxime Jouis and Benoit de la Boulaye will bring their expertise to bear on BNP Paribas REIM's strategy; developing its pan-European activities while offering its clients cross-disciplinary management of real estate funds.
 
Jean-Maxime Jouis, aged 37, is global head of Fund Management & Private Investors at BNP Paribas REIM; he is also deputy CEO of BNP Paribas REIM France and has sat on its management board since 2019.

As part of his duties, he oversees the lifecycle of funds for institutional and retail investors throughout Europe and coordinates all of BNP Paribas REIM's activities dedicated to retail investors. In particular, he is responsible for developing the consumer business in Europe, via local or passported products.

Jouis joined BNP Paribas REIM in 2007, where he was successively Asset manager, Fund Manager and head of Fund Management.
 
Benoit de la Boulaye, 39, is head of UK & Separate Account for BNP Paribas REIM. As such, Benoit heads up the London office and coordinates the development and management of institutional mandates for the entire business line, providing bespoke investment management solutions in Europe to institutional investors.

De la Boulaye began his career at Caisse des Dépôts where he was in charge of real estate transactions and portfolio management, before working as a strategy consultant at Boston Consulting Group, and then joining BNP Paribas REIM in 2011.
