BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management has made another acquisition in the eastern French city of Lyon on behalf of its SCPI Accimmo Pierre investment vehicle.

BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management has made another acquisition in the eastern French city of Lyon on behalf of its SCPI Accimmo Pierre investment vehicle.

The asset manager has bought the 22,000 m2 Parc Mail business park in the Saint Priest district from the Heref II fund, managed by Harbert Management Corporation. Financial details were not disclosed.

Built between 2002 and 2008 by developer Sogelym Steiner, the park is 94% leased.

The buyer was advised by law firm Thibierge and Gide Loyrette Nouel. KWM SJ Berwin and Wargny Katz acted for the vendor. JLL and CBRE brokered the deal.

The acquisition is the second carried out by BNP Paribas REIM in Lyon over the past week. The asset manager has also acquired the newly built Chrysalis building providing 11,620 m2 of office space. The asset is fully let to French multinational utilities and transport firm Veolia Environnement.
