BNP Paribas REIM has completed two office acquisitions in the Ile-de-France region on behalf of its SCPI Accimmo-Pierre investment vehicle.
In Bobigny, the company has bought the Européen office building from German investor Commerz Real Spezialfondsgesellschaft for an undisclosed amount. The building, which provides around 15,000 m2 of office space, was delivered in 2003 and is currently fully let.
The buyer was advised by law firm Thibierge et Associés. The vendor was advised by Wargny-Katz. Knight Frank and BNP Real Estate brokered the deal.
In Malakoff, BNP Paribas REIM has acquired the Le Vaillant property located at 244 Avenue Pierre Brossolette from LaSalle Investment Management. Completed in 2009, the asset provides over 6,000 m2 of multi-let offices.
Notaries Jacques Lavigne and François Roux acted for the vendor, the buyer was advised by Wargny Katz & Associés.
Cushman & Wakefield brokered the transaction.
