French asset manager BNP Paribas REIM has acquired the headquarters of Deloitte in Milan on behalf of its newly-launched Concepto real estate fund for around €115 mln.
The asset was bought from Austria's Signa Funds.
Located at Via Tortona 25, the complex is entirely leased to Deloitte and provides around 28,000 m2 of office space.
BNP Paribas REIM was advised by law firm Gianni-Origoni-Grippo-Cappelli Partners, Studio Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, Savills, REAAS and Habitech Distretto Tecnologico Trentino.
