Offices made up for the bulk of transactional activity, representing around EUR 401 mln worth of deals, or 59% of the total. They were followed by retail, which accounted for EUR 122 mln of deals, or roughly 18% of total volume.
Healthcare and residential represented a 16% and 6% market share respectively.
The company's activity was largely focused on core property acquisitions, particularly in four markets, Belgium, Germany, France and Italy. In total, around EUR 618 mln of properties were acquired by the company on behalf of its funds in the first part of the year. Disposals of EUR 58 mln took place in France and Italy.
