BNP Paribas REIM, on behalf of the Celio fund, has acquired a logistics complex in Montichiari, in Italy's Lombardy region.
The 32,000 m2 facility is fully let to an Italian logistics operator, Festa Trasporti & Logistica.
The deal represents the fund's third acquisition since its creation, following transactions in Roncello and Colleferro.
Launched in 2014, Celio is a closed real estate fund for institutional investors investing in high-quality logistics assets with prime tenants.
BNP Paribas said that the fund still had liquidity after this deal to make further investments.
