BNP Paribas Real Estate Ireland has appointed Peter Flanagan as managing director. Already head of capital markets, he adds to his scope the position of managing director which he has taken up since July.
Flanagan will report to Laurent Boucher, deputy CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate, who is in charge of Advisory France & Advisory 7, which comprises Italy, Spain, Benelux, Ireland & Eastern Europe.

Prior to his appointment at BNP Paribas Real Estate, Flanagan held the position of director in the Knight Frank capital markets team. Previous to that, he worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate for over 10 years across retail, industrial/logistics and capital markets business lines.
He has over 25 years of experience in the Dublin property market. He is a member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the UK. He holds a Degree in Surveying and a Master in Finance from Trinity College Dublin.
