BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Tanisha Krishnan as associate director within its growing workplace strategy team headed up by Victoria Goodings.
The team serves clients seeking to improve their employee experience and workplace proposition.
Krishnan joins from Perkins + Will where she held the role of senior consultant, workplace strategy and change. Prior to this, she worked at Advanced Workplace Associates and HOK.
With a masters in design management and innovation, and having enjoyed a successful career as an architect, Krishnan has gone on to execute strategic workplace and change management initiatives for major organisations across industries including tech, pharmaceutical, professional services, legal, healthcare, and finance.
Said Goodings: 'Our approach to workplace is independent, human-centred and data driven. In an ever-competitive market space its occupiers must respond, and with the right strategy incorporating all of the afore mentioned, you can maximise the ROI of your most costly assets – your people and space.
'Tanisha’s career has seen her work across all aspects of space – from design and project management to innovation and change – making her a true expert in the field, and placing her in a strong position to collaborate with our clients to bring their visions to life, in a calculated and tactical way that supports investment longevity and prosperity.
'Bringing her on board as we expand, puts us in a strong position to capture further sector growth.'
Krishnan added: 'More and more, we’re seeing a wider cross-section of a business involving themselves in workspace discussions rather than simply the executive team as it commonly was formerly.
'With that, comes the need for an understanding of the roles across all facets of an organisation and how value can be extracted from each individual in creating an end goal. I look forward to bringing my expertise in this field to our clients, and supporting Victoria’s team in its growth plans.'
In support of the next generation of talent, Will Meldon and Daniel Mooney also join the occupier solutions team as surveyors with portfolio management. Meldon joins from Nottingham City Council where he held the role of Estates Surveyor for 9 years, and Mooney from FHP Property Consultants, where he worked for over a year.
BNP Paribas Real Estate’s workplace strategy team forms part of its occupier solutions division, led by Tom Bolland. The team delivers fully integrated portfolio management and occupational strategies to support business transformation and deliver balance sheet enhancing solutions.
