Antoine Bertrand has recently been appointed as a Key Account Manager for the Client Solutions team. Bertrand joins from CBRE's valuation team where he was head of analysis and consulting. At BNP Paribas Real Estate he will be responsible for a dozen major international clients.
The firm has also appointed two new analysts: Gulain Kerforn, who joins from Financiere Eos, and Sandra Locoh Donou, from EDHEC Business School Intercontinental Track. Both will support the key account managers and monitor the commercial strategy of client portfolios.
Client Solutions advises clients on the development and implementation of their real estate strategies, both locally and globally. The team is headed by Guillaume Delattre.
Delattre commented: 'These recruitments to "Client Solutions" are consistent with BNP Paribas Real Estate's ambition to continue strengthening its coverage teams so that our clients are able to interact with multidisciplinary contacts. We are also further developing our strong analytical skills so we are able to offer innovative solutions.'
