BNP Paribas Cardif buys Cap Est scheme for EUR 120m

French listed property firm Docks Lyonnais and its asset manager Shaftesbury have sold the Cap Est office building in Val-de-Fontenay, near Paris for EUR 120 mln. The buyer is insurance group BNP Paribas Cardif.
