Real estate investment manager BNP Paribas REIM Italy has acquired a prime office in the centre of Milan from pan-European real estate company Covivio.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The asset in Via Cernaia 8-10 in Milan is located between the Brera district and the Porta Nuova business district, and has a total area of 8,300 m2.
It was significantly refurbished in 2017, obtaining LEED Platinum certification. As of 2018, the property is the Italian headquarters of international asset management company Amundi.
BNP Paribas REIM Italy sealed the deal following a competitive procedure involving domestic and international investors.
GVA Redilco acted as advisor to Covivio SA for the sale of the property.
