The property is earmarked for BNP Paribas' SCPI Cortal Pierre 2, the French bank's property asset management unit said. The building is entirely let to I.M.A. Technologie, a subsidiary of insurer MAIF, with a 12-year leasing term. The financial details of this transaction were not disclosed.
