Robinson will grow the presence of BNPPRE across the Birmingham, M42 and Solihull markets as well as the wider West Midlands. He joins after seven years at KWB, a Birmingham-based commercial property agent.

The announcement follows a number of new hires, including the appointment of Gary Williamson as head of building surveying for the Midlands region. Williamson has over 20 years of experience and is tasked with growing the team further.

The lease advisory team has also welcomed Paul Milsom from Johnson Fellows where he accrued over 17 years experience, predominantly working for large retailers including Tesco, Lidl and Bathstore.

These new appointments have also been complemented by a number of other new senior arrivals to the multi-discipline office, including Matthew Greenaway who joined the valuation team in June from Rapleys.

'Birmingham is in the midst of an exciting period of transformation, so we are delighted to welcome our new senior colleagues to the team,' said Simon Robinson, head of BNP Paribas Real Estate’s Birmingham office.

'With the commercial property landscape across the city constantly evolving, these new appointments will further boost our offering and ensure our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance. By expanding our team further we aim to build on our recent successes over the coming months.'
