BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Anita Simaza as associate director in its pan-European logistics investment team.
Simaza will report to Logan Smith, head of BNP Paribas Real Estate's European Logistics team, based in Amsterdam.
She joins from the client-side, where she served as a director at Prologis, responsible for overseeing all of Prologis' European valuations. Prior to this she worked in London with Knight Frank from 2008-2011, and previously she was with Savills.
A qualified chartered surveyor, Simaza holds a BA (Hons) in Business of Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University.
