Belgian firm Immobel has purchased the shares of SPI Parc Seny, the owner of the Parc Seny building in the municipality of Auderghem, southwest of Brussels, from BNL Portfolio Immobiliare Fund and AEW Asset Management Europe.

The building, which comprises over 13,000 m2 of offices, will be completely renovated and converted to apartments. Currently the premises are leased to various users, including Sodexo, Bull and Omnicom.
