'Antilooppi has grown and developed significantly in recent years. I am very excited to join this team,' Blumberg said.

In addition to managing Antilooppi’s finances, Blumberg will be responsible for business support functions, including HR and IT. He has over fifteen years of broad experience in various finance functions having previously held positions such as auditor, M&A consultant and CFO at other firms.

Most recently, Blumberg served as CFO of Hartwall Capital. Prior to that, he worked for many years at PwC, managing the corporate finance advisory services for large capital-intensive investment projects, and he also had a key role in the development of the real estate advisory services.

'I believe I can draw on my previous experience and learnings to contribute to the further development of the company,' he added.

According to Antilooppi CEO Tuomas Sahi, Blumberg’s broad experience will further deepen and diversify the company’s real estate investment expertise.

'I am delighted to have an experienced CFO like Thomas join us and manage and develop Antilooppi’s finances,' Sahi said.
