Real estate fund manager BlueRock has bought the 20,000 m2 HQ office building of German energy firm Techem, in Eschborn near Frankfurt.

Real estate fund manager BlueRock has bought the 20,000 m2 HQ office building of German energy firm Techem, in Eschborn near Frankfurt.

The 2002-built site was sold by an unidentified international REIT and the price was not disclosed.

Asset manager Corpus Sireo handled the sale, while BlueRock was represented by Diligencia Real Estate. BlueRock is a Gibraltar-based real estate investment firm launched by Swiss wealth managers.
