Blackstone’s Real Estate division is combining two logistics platforms it acquired between 2021 and 2023 and inserting bolt-on acquisitions made for the companies.
The investor took over St Modwen Logistics in 2021 and Industrials REIT in 2023, taking them private off the London Stock Exchange. It wil call the new company Indurent.
James Seppala, head of European real estate at Blackstone, said: 'UK logistics is a high conviction theme for Blackstone given our portfolio’s exceptionally strong performance and favourable long-term fundamentals in the sector.
