Blackstone snaps up Cabot logistics portfolio in €2.5b deal

US asset management giant Blackstone has agreed to acquire an institutional-quality portfolio comprising 102 properties across the US and 22 assets in the UK, Germany and the Netherlands in a deal valued at $2.8 bn (€2.5 bn).
