US private equity firm Blackstone has completed the acquisition of six office buildings in the Netherlands from the CBRE Dutch Office Fund. Click on the link below for more details.

Market sources estimate that funds managed by Blackstone are paying €165 mln for the portfolio, making this the largest real estate transaction by volume in the Dutch market this year.

The portfolio comprises the Cross Towers in Amsterdam; Weenatoren and 200Weena in Rotterdam; and Forum, Sirius and Orion in The Hague.

CBRE Global Investors was advised by CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle, DTZ Zadelhoff and Houthoff Buruma. Blackstone was advised by Loyens & Loeff, Cushman & Wakefield, Arcadis and Deloitte.

The previous largest Dutch investment deal this year was the acquisition by AXA Real Estate of the NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky in Amsterdam for €157 mln in June.
