Blackstone scoops up €290m last-mile logistics portfolio in UK and France

US asset management giant Blackstone has added to its Mileway European logistics platform with the acquisition of a portfolio of last-mile logistics assets in the UK and France from InfraRed Capital Partners’ InfraRed Active Real Estate Fund IV for £250 mln (€290 mln).
