According to Spanish press reports, the asset is being put on the market after being renovated and redeveloped over the past few years.

Blackstone bought the building back in 2018 from Inversiones Hemisferio, a private company of the Lara family, for a price of around €210 mln, or a yield of less than 4%.

Located at 662, avenida Diagonal, the asset is largely occupied by Planeta Group which occupies 15,000 m2 of the total 27,300 m2. Other tenants include bank Mediolanum, IPG Mediabrands, Antena 3 and Hotel Investment Partners.

The US group is also rumoured to be in negotiations to sell London's St Katharine Docks marina for around £400 mln (€454 mln). According to a news report by Costar, Singaporean investor City Developments is in talks to buy the famous mixed-use estate.
