Blackstone paid €61 mln for the building in Leidsche Rijn Centrum Noord near Utrecht, PropertyEU has learned. The property comprises 21,000 m2 of lettable floor space and is being rented in its entirety by Capgemini.

Capgemini has been closely involved with the development of the new building from the start. The offices, which were designed by Ibelings van Tilburg Architecten in Rotterdam, consist of four floors located above a two-storey car park. A car park building has also been erected alongside.

The offices have been awarded a Breaam-NL ‘Very Good’ rating.
