US private equity firm Blackstone has bought three Dutch logistics assets with a combined area of 56,000 m2 from CBRE GI.
The logistics distribution centres are in Roosendaal, Tilburg, and Wijchen and were bought by Blackstone’s Real Estate Partners Europe IV fund.
Market sources consulted by PropertyEU put the total price for the three assets at €34 mln.
CBRE GI said the sale is part of the relaunch of the CBRE European Industrial Fund, which it intends to grow to a €1bn low-risk vehicle.
CBRE GI was advised by CBRE, Houthoff Buruma and Quares. Blackstone was advised by JLL, Loyens & Loeff, CVO and Deloitte.
