UK-based property publication Property Week said on Thursday that the US private equity giant has agreed to acquire the Triangle portfolio from UK REIT London & Stamford. The portfolio is valued at £300 mln (EUR 352 mln). London & Stamford declined to comment on the news report.
Property Week said Blackstone is also acquiring the Teal portfolio from Prologis for £215 mln.
