Financial details were not disclosed.

The transaction took the form of the transfer of ownership of the property-owning company. The asset is fully leased to Aditro Logistics.

'This is another acquisition in line with our strategy in the Nordics,' said Thorsten Slytå, managing director and head of Nordic Real Estate at BlackRock.

'The geographical location with favourable connections combined with the logistics centre's modern and automated warehouse management will be attractive to our tenant. At the same time, it is another strong building block in our real estate portfolio.'

Hökerum Fastigheter develops and manages logistics properties via the CH Square brand. The first phase of the property was completed in December 2021 and the total leasable area amounts to approximately 50,000 m2.

Construction of phase two is also planned, which will create an additional 70,000 m2 of space.

'Since 2019, we have built and developed logistics properties in several locations in southern Sweden through our own efforts,' said Viktor Ståhl, CEO of Hökerum Fastigheter.

'This transaction is proof that what we do is of high quality throughout all aspects of the project,' Ståhl added.
