Asset manager BlackRock has refinanced its Karolinka and Pogoria shopping centres in Poland with a €132 mln loan from three German and Austrian banks.

The malls, owned by BlackRock’s Europe Property Fund III, were refinanced by a combination of UniCredit Austria, pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank and Westdeutsche Immobilien Bank.

Both are in the southwest of Poland and were bought in 2009. They encompass a combined rentable area of more than 100,000 m2.
