This portfolio consists of two office buildings located in the city center of Paris with a total area of 4,000 m2, a logistic asset located in the close surroundings of Lille and several residential properties located in Paris West End and South of France.

Both Parisian buildings are built with a Haussmannian style with historic façades and excellent ceiling heights. They are to be fully restructured, Swan said.

‘This portfolio acquisition is in line with our strategy of acquiring value-add buildings and diversifies our acquisitions through different asset categories and locations. On the one hand, we are increasing our portfolio of Parisian located assets with prime locations with the potential to create value, which clearly demonstrates our positive appreciation of the inner-city office market.

'On the other hand, we are diversifying our activity through this first acquisition of residential and logistic assets. We are delighted with having completed on this transaction and for our advisors’ commitment in this complex operation which required various structures through "asset deals " and "share deals ", as well as corporate considerations,’ said Rouzbeh Badi-Arez, founding partner of Black Swan Real Estate Capital.
