Black Sea Global Properties, controlled by Romanian millionaire Dinu Patriciu, has said it is to proceed with the delisting of German investment company Deutsche Land from London's AIM junior market.

Following the announcement by the two firms' boards of an increased recommended offer in late September BSGP either owns, or has received valid acceptances in respect of 96.63% of the ordinary share capital of Deutsche Land.

BSGP said on Thursday it now intends to implement compulsory acquisition procedures for the remaining shares and to apply to the London Stock Exchange for the de-listing of Deutsche Land from AIM.

The delisting will likely take place within 20 business days.
