Bouwfonds IM will asset manage the properties for IEF Capital.
Bilfinger Real Estate has offices in Utrecht, Amsterdam, Eindhoven and Apeldoorn and property manages around 2.2 million m2 of office and commercial space across the Netherlands as well as 0.7 million m2 of retail and parking space.
The contract follows hard on the heels of the mandate secured in December to manage 127 Dutch office and retail properties offering a total of 475,000 m2 and owned by fund initiator Annexum.
