Bilfinger Real Estate has appointed Ralf Klann as new head of asset management in Germany.
Bilfinger Real Estate has appointed Ralf Klann as new head of asset management in Germany.
From 1 October, Klann will report to Michael Hintze, chief operating officer of Bilfinger Real Estate Germany.
He has 25 years of experience in the real estate and financial sectors. From 2010 to 2015, he was in charge of European risk management as a member of the Executive Board of the Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund, ADIA.
Before that, he worked in financing and investment consulting at JP Morgan (2007 to 2010) as well as for Morgan Stanley (2005 to 2007) and the Deutsche Bank Group.
In the first 10 years of his career, he was involved as lead architect in land and commercial developments in Germany, the UK, Ireland and Italy.
